A fun idea would be to offer Recipe Cards for your Entrees, Sides and Desserts with orders. You could have a Recipes exchange copying Recipe cards brought by guests and allow guests to pick and choose ones they want - don't forget to add your own in the exchange.

A personal pet peeve of mine - Employees should be washing hands - gloves do not provide cover you are looking for if they are not changed regularly. Alcohol based hand sanitizers are becoming non effective as virus/bacteria are mutating and not responding.

Probably not the best month but the message is to have an idea/plan before the new year! Have you determined your goals for next year, each month? Have you decided how you will market next year, monthly, weekly and daily? Do you have a financial plan for your business day to day, yearly and monthly? Do you have a training program set up for all of your staff and is it on-going? There are many areas that you should have plans for - but remember be flexible but always keep the end goal in mind. Planning ahead never hurt anyone!
